REPAIR ESTIMATES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Your estimate is provided based upon our visual inspection, past experience, and information available at the time of proposal.

All repair parts, avionics, and other parts will be billed upfront before the work begins. Additional

upfront costs include the basic inspection(s), known replacement parts and fluids, and the estimated

shop hours, plus any research or coordination we must do on your behalf. Research and coordination is

billed at the current shop rate of $145 per hour.

It is an ESTIMATE. The customer acknowledges that the final invoice may be different.

Final costs may include additional work hours, additional parts or fluids, shipping, and any additional

services performed, discovered during the inspection and recommended to the customer. If additional

work is deemed necessary, we will consult with you before proceeding. We do not like surprises

anymore than you do!

Some repairs may be discretionary. If the customer declines to have the additional discretionary work

performed, we will advise in writing our recommendation for any deferral. We may make a logbook

entry, if required by FAA regulations.

All invoices are due upon receipt. We accept credit card, cash, check, certified funds, Zelle, Venmo,

Paypal and Quickbooks invoicing for your convenience.

We allow for a 5 day grace period, in accordance with Arizona law. On the sixth day, a 5% late fee will

be applied toward the entire unpaid balance. Invoices remaining unpaid after 20 days of receipt of the

invoice, will incur an additional 5% fee and another 5% per month or portion of month the entire

balance remains unpaid. The owner may receive a 20-day Notice of Intent, in accordance with Arizona

mechanics lien law.

If the aircraft remains in the hanger, beyond a reasonable time after the work is completed, additional

hangar fees may also be charged for storage.

Our current payment policies are posted on our website at PremierAviationTucson.com. By signing this

agreement and having us perform your inspection and maintenance, you are consenting to our current posted policies.
